How Our Network Works for You

A residential garage door on a Denver home in warm daylight

Who answers your request

Westdance Garage Doors is not a crew of door installers. When you reach out, we connect you with an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one who talks with you about your door and does the work.

What the provider may ask you

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand the job before anyone visits.

  • What is the door doing? Is it stuck, loud, crooked or off the track?
  • Did you hear a loud bang before it stopped?
  • How old is the door, and is it wood, steel or another material?
  • Do you have an opener, and is it working?
  • Can you send a photo?

Have your address and a good time to talk ready. It speeds things up. A short note on when the problem started can also help.

Questions you can ask the provider

You are hiring them, so ask freely.

  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • Will parts and labor be listed separately?
  • Can you check track alignment while you are here?
  • What upkeep do you suggest after the repair?
  • Is there a warranty on parts or work, and what does it cover?

If your door has broken springs, ask how the provider handles them safely. Spring work can cause injury, so it is not a good do-it-yourself job.

The decision is yours

A quote is not a commitment. You can compare, ask more questions or say no. There is no obligation to hire anyone we connect you with.
